Some of these can actually be useful, but if you buy one, there is no need to by another one, becasue i gurantee you will just be purchasing the same thing reworded and packaged differently.
Now don't get me wrong there are plenty of legitimate companies who provide you with tools and resources to get you started. The trouble is that you will never know if you have been scammed until it is too late.

Reviews. Read unbiased reviews of any program you are thinking about signing up for, do not trust testimonials on the actual website as these are just there to pique your interest, read reviews in forums or on other independent websites.
Look for a money back guarantee, if they are confident that the product or program will work for you then they will not be afraid to offer this.
